Progress Over the Years
2006
Established FinAsialand Realty Corporation (FLRC), focusing on residential developments. This marked the company’s entry into the real estate industry.
2016
Launched FinAsialand Land Development and Construction Corp., expanding into retail and commercial property development to support business growth.
2017
Partnered with Curo Teknika I. to deliver a 300-seat office space at Citadines, beginning our involvement in office and BPO developments.
2021
Supported Concentric in opening a 70-seat office at Citadines, further strengthening our presence in the BPO sector.
2022
Established MEPANGILINAN REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE CORP. (MREB), specializing in office leasing and brokerage.
Delivered office solutions for:
Call Centre Universe – 38 seats at Ayala 30th
Call Hounds GLOBAL BPO – 400 seats at Citadines
Digital Dolphin Asia – 30 seats at Ayala 30th
2024
Achieved significant milestones:
Leased over 22,000 sqm of office and commercial space.
Delivered a 4,870 sqm built-to-suit office for INFOCOM, complete with workstations, furniture, amenities, a server room, and full cabling. The space accommodates 900 agents and was turned over in August 2024.
2025
Continued growth through strategic partnerships and project delivery:
Collaborated with brands including Timezone, iCare, ASDI, JABRA, and F.A.T FOODS through co-branding initiatives.
Delivered a 3,652.50 sqm built-to-suit office for Carenet Health, complete with workstations, furniture, amenities, a server room, and full cabling. The space supports 480 agents and was turned over in April 2025.
